Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 31 July 2026
These terms apply to anyone booking an event, workshop, or product from Anikara ("we", "us", "our"), a sole trader business based in London, United Kingdom. By enquiring, booking, or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.
Bookings and enquiries
Enquiries submitted through our contact form, email, or WhatsApp do not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once we have agreed dates, pricing, and any deposit in writing (email or messaging).
Pricing
Prices for workshops, events, and shop items are provided on request or as displayed on the site, and may vary depending on group size, location, materials, and bespoke requirements. Prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed in writing.
Deposits and payment
For events and workshops, we may require a deposit to secure your date. Payment terms vary depending on the service booked (e.g. corporate event, wedding, workshop, or product order) and will be agreed with you directly before your booking is confirmed.
Cancellations and rescheduling
[Insert your cancellation policy here — e.g. notice period required, whether deposits are refundable, rescheduling terms.] We recommend confirming these details directly with us before booking, as they may vary depending on the event type.
Shop orders
Items in our shop are handmade to order. Please allow [insert typical lead time] for production. As items are handcrafted, small variations in colour, pattern placement, and finish are normal and part of the character of block printing — not a fault.
Recycle & Reprint service
When you send or bring us an item for reprinting, you confirm that you own the item and have the right to have it altered. We take reasonable care with all items but are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or the natural limitations of reprinting on previously worn fabric.
Liability
We carry out our workshops and events with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Intellectual property
All designs, photography, and written content on this site belong to Anikara unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
